Essentially an elite dealer (internal) supporting global customers who desire a direct relationship with LumenCache due to their buying power and requirements. These are large enterprise clients, property management companies, utilities, governments, and NGOs who have adopted LumenCache as a core technology in their portfolios. The ESG team will allow early access to new LumenCache products, bespoke design services, and provide consistency across projects from various geographical locations and local installing dealers.
The ESG team also provides Tier 1 support, support to dealers and distributors, in addition to creating and maintaining the product training curriculum. They are the elite experts in all things LumenCache, how best to use it, how to sell it, how to support it, and how to improve it.
ESG is not a replacement for local dealers and distributors. ESG can sell products, but typically works closely with the local dealers and distributors, providing services for hire such as system design, quoting, panel assembly, programming, and commissioning. They are also a support service team adding value to every stakeholder ranging from architects to lighting designers, electricians, dealers, systems integrators, customers, policymakers, property managers, and owners.
